Clearwater has advised Achmea, one of the largest suppliers of financial services in the Netherlands, on the divestment of its DFA Service, a provider of invoicing services, to InVesting, a group of companies offering financial services.
DFA Service is a provider of invoicing services to the medical industry, primarily dentists. With 35 dedicated professionals, DFA Service runs a highly efficient service, settling the majority of invoices directly with the insurance companies.
Achmea is the leading insurance company in the Netherlands, focusing on healthcare, and a holding company of Centraal Beheer Achmea, Zilveren Kruis Achmea, Interpolis, Avéro Achmea, FBTO, and Agis. The company offers a broad range of insurance, banking, and mortgage products and services, that promote a healthy lifestyle. InVesting is a group of companies, including Vesting Finance, Fiditon, and InVesting, all active in credit management, debt collection, and the purchase of bad debt portfolios. With a workforce of over 400 employees, the group’s partners are HAL Investments, SNS Bank, and Flanderijn Gerechtsdeurwaarders.
This acquisition enables InVesting to strengthen its position in the credit management sector.
