Clearwater has advised Hôtel Investissement Capital (HIC), a specialist in hospitality investment in France and Europe, on the sale of Hotel Le Cardinal, a 4-star hotel with 77 rooms located in Paris 9, and the hotels Izzy and Bootcamp, both 4-star hotels with 50 and 52 rooms respectively, situated in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The hotels, acquired by the FPCI Hôtel Patrimoine, the first fund managed and set up by HIC, were sold to investors following a competitive process.
Clearwater led the sale process for these assets, which included both leases and operating properties, approaching both institutional players and private investors.
