We are excited to announce the promotion of Artur Pereira to Associate Partner in Portugal. This appointment reflects our strategic focus on deepening specialist expertise across the industrials & chemicals, business services and automotive sectors, which remain key areas of focus in the Portuguese market.
Since joining Clearwater in 2014 as an Analyst, Artur has built more than a decade of M&A experience. His remarkable journey through the firm has been shaped by his involvement in a range of transactions, including more recent deals such as MCH’s investment in Sanfil Group, Endiprev’s sale to Muelhan Wind Service, and Atlantic Box’s acquisition of CST, which has contributed to his progression through the business.
As his responsibilities have grown, Artur has become an integral part of our Porto office, recognised for his measured approach and ability to support clients through demanding transactions. In his new role, he will take on expanded strategic responsibilities within our Portugal team, while continuing to strengthen our capabilities across the industrials & chemicals, business services and automotive sectors.
