We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Henrik Falkenby to Partner, reflecting his strong leadership of our tech & tech services sector team in Sweden and his significant contribution to our growth.
Since joining us in 2017, Henrik has built broad experience advising entrepreneurs, larger corporates and private equity clients on M&A across a range of sectors. He has advised on numerous transactions, with highlights including advising Avy on its sale to Fidelio Capital, Capelo on its sale to Fagerhult Group, and Elevera Education Group on its sale to Formica Capital.
