Clearwater continues to build momentum across the Danish and Nordic M&A market, strengthening the leadership team with four partner promotions: Klaus Hansted, Mads Crawford Højdahl, Casper Norre and Stig Windeløv.
The appointments reflect the continued expansion of our business in Denmark, including our move into new, larger premises in both Aarhus and Copenhagen at the end of 2025 to support growing teams and client demand. Based across both offices, our four new partners bring deep sector expertise, long-standing client relationships and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality advice on complex, high-impact transactions.
Mads Crawford Højdahl – Partner, Aarhus
Mads joined Clearwater in 2014 as an Associate and advises founders and owner-managed businesses across a broad range of sectors, with a particularly deep understanding of consumer behaviour and a focus on transformational M&A transactions.

Klaus joined the business as Analyst in 2013 and specialises in advising industrial businesses on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
