We were delighted to achieve a hat-trick of awards at last night’s Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2025, taking home some of the evening’s top honours. The event brought together more than 800 of the region’s top dealmaking professionals to celebrate another year of outstanding achievements across the Midlands.
We were named Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year (Large £20m+), reflecting a powerful blend of growth, innovation, and social responsibility delivered over the past year.
We were also proud to see Sarah Taylor, Partner and Head of the Midlands, recognised as Dealmaker of the Year. Sarah is an outstanding dealmaker whose personal impact has helped shape the Midlands M&A landscape. Through high-profile, value-creating transactions and strong leadership, she has delivered excellent results for clients while also supporting growth and development across the region.
In addition, we advised on the Deal of the Year (£10m–£50m), LDC’s investment in Deltron Group, a transformative transaction enabling the Dudley-based business to accelerate its growth strategy.
