We did it - again! Clearwater has been crowned National Corporate Finance Team of the Year for the third year in a row at the 2025 West Midlands Rainmaker Awards. On the same night, we also took home Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) for advising Skewb on its investment from BGF - capping off a night of double celebration for our Midlands team.
This achievement marks a clean sweep of Team of the Year awards across three of our UK regions, with our Yorkshire, North West, and West Midlands teams all recognised as the leading corporate finance advisers in their respective markets at this year’s Rainmaker events - a powerful endorsement of the strength, consistency, and collaboration within our national team.
The Small Deal of the Year award recognised Clearwater’s work advising Skewb on its growth investment from BGF, supporting the company’s expansion in the energy and water sectors.
