Over the past five years, our momentum has been driven by sustained investment in both our people and our platform. We've intentionally built a team-first culture that combines deep sector expertise with strong regional coverage.
While many of our competitors have moved toward centralisation, we've taken the opposite approach, strengthening our local presence. This commitment continues to set us apart in the eyes of both clients and colleagues.
It’s a strategic investment that has worked.
Our UK business achieved a record-breaking year in FY25, with our team completing over 70 transactions worth a total deal value of more than £6bn, reinforcing our position as one of the most active and trusted advisers in the market.
One of the defining moments during that period was the launch of our refreshed brand identity. Moving from 'Clearwater International' to simply Clearwater, the rebrand reflects who we are today: a modern, streamlined, and proudly independent adviser with a wide-reaching footprint.
This wasn’t just a visual update though; it was a reaffirmation of who we are.
Our innovative approach did not go unnoticed in the market. Throughout the FY, we received multiple awards recognising our performance, including several UK and European team trophies.
"We're a relationship business in a transactional world."
Our continued success is rooted in a culture we’re proud to have built. In our latest engagement survey, 100% of our people expressed pride in working at Clearwater, and 97% of our team would recommend Clearwater as a great place to work.
To mark the end of the FY and celebrate our success as a team, we hosted the Clearwater Retreat, a two-day off-site experience created to bring colleagues together in a meaningful and memorable way. With wellness at its core, the Retreat offered a chance to ‘unplug, unwind and unleash’ at a bespoke festival.
With a healthy order book already matched against the year’s revenue targets, Clearwater’s UK business is continuing into 2025 with strong momentum.
In the words of our UK CEO, Mark Taylor,
"We’re a relationship business in a transactional world. Our mission is simple: to help great businesses and the people behind them realise their full potential."
