We are pleased to announce the promotion of Niko Piiparinen to Associate Partner in Finland, reflecting our continued commitment to developing internal talent and further strengthening our position in the Finnish M&A market.
Since joining Clearwater in 2017 as an Analyst, Niko has built nearly a decade of M&A experience and demonstrated consistent professional growth within the business. Over the years, he has played an integral role in a wide range of successful transactions, including acquisitions in Finland by Axcel portfolio company Acurum Group in business services, and Axitare’s sale to Vaaka Partners in the healthcare and tech space. These mandates highlight both the depth of his transaction expertise and his ability to deliver strong outcomes in complex processes.
As his role has evolved, Niko has become a key member of our Helsinki office. He is recognised for his analytical rigour, composed leadership style, and his ability to guide clients through demanding processes with clarity and confidence.
