Clearwater Denmark has advised Duelco A/S (Duelco), a leading electrical components solutions provider and distributor, on its sale to Addtech Energy, a portfolio business of Addtech Group (Addtech).
For over 30 years, Duelco has focused on technical sales and the distribution of electrical and automation components, products and solutions. In recent years, the company has successfully increased its efforts to become a technical value-added distributor, developing bespoke technical end-products, in close collaboration with its Scandinavian customers within the wind, office, infrastructure, industrials and healthcare segments.
Addtech is a Swedish publicly listed technology trading group. The business comprises approximately 120 independent companies that sell high-tech products and solutions to customers primarily in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors in over 20 countries.
