We advised Talentum on the sale of Sverige Bygger and Norge Bygges, information services providers for the construction market. The sale price was €15.2m. Talentum acquired the companies for €7.5m in the end of 2009 and decided to sell them after 1.5 years of ownership due to the excellent price offered. The buyer was German DOCU Group's Swedish subsidiary.
