The Vitaprotech Group, a leading player in the security and access management of vital sites, announces the acquisition of ARD, a leading French player in access control and electronic banking.

With the support of BPI France and Eurazeo PME since July 2018, the Group aims to become a European leader in the field of sensitive sites security.

This acquisition is combined with a global refinancing in the form of a bond debt provided by Goldman Sachs Private Capital and a French LAB financing from BPI Financement. This new financing structure also includes a CapEx facility to support the Group's external growth strategy.

This new financing will enable Vitaprotech to implement its ambitious market consolidation project. The transformation of Vitaprotech into a mid-cap company requires a growth phase, which is essential to reach a critical size, allowing us to support companies better in their new generation security projects.

We are very pleased to have assisted Vitaprotech's management and shareholders on the Group's refinancing and in the acquisition of ARD. This new financing strengthens the Group's investment capacity with significant financial resources and the flexibility necessary to carry on the consolidation effort.
