We have advised the consortium of Tradeka Yhtiöt Ltd and Colosseum Dental Group (owned by Swiss Jacobs Holding) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Med Group Holding Oy from Adelis Equity Partners Fund I and the company’s founders and management.
Tradeka acquires Med Group’s home care services, ambulance services and staffing of medical personnel businesses.
Colosseum acquires the private dental care operations. Tradeka is a Finnish consumer co-operative founded in 1917 with c.230,000 members nationwide in Finland with revenue of €551m and pre-tax profit €108m in 2017.
