We have advised Imprimerie Léonce Deprez on the sale of Global Routage Solutions, its routing subsidiary, to Ediis, a company specialised in the printing of security documents.
Imprimerie Léonce Deprez, a printing services group specialising in magazines, guides, catalogues, and leaflets, has sold Global Routage Solutions, its routing subsidiary, to Ediis, a leader in the printing of security documents.
Located in Seine-Saint-Denis near Paris, Global Routage Solutions specialises in the routing of press and direct marketing materials. It was acquired by Imprimerie Léonce Deprez in 2014 and placed into receivership in November 2015.
Ediis’s offer was selected by the Commercial Court in mid-January 2015. Global Routage Solutions will be rebranded as Ediis Routage and will retain 29 of its 43 employees.
