Following on from a partnership in business parks, France's Amundi and the Groupe Panhard are joining forces in core logistics, creating the investment vehicle AREELI.

To be advised by Panhard's investment teams, the vehicle will be able to acquire core assets from various different owners - such as real estate companies, funds and developers.

The venture was launched with a first portfolio of three assets contained in the Star portfolio, consisting of three forward funding projects for a total of 120,000 sqm:

Louvres (95) – ZAC de la Butte aux Bergers (28,162 sqm) let to Logistic NC on a 6/9 year lease
Coudray-Montceaux (91) – Parc logistique des Haies Blanches (53,312 sqm) let to Lidl on a 9/10 year lease
Brie-Comte-Robert (77) – ZAC du Haut des Prés (36,434 sqm with an extension of 11,495 sqm) let to Leader Price with a nine-year lease
