We have advised Vækst-Invest and co-shareholders on the sale of the mobility equipment supplier Danrehab, to the Swedish life science investment company MedCap.

Since 1981, Danrehab has developed, produced, and sold products that make everyday life easier for people with limited mobility and their caregivers. During Vækst-Invest's ownership, Danrehab merged with TurnAid in 2023 and is now one of the leading companies in assistive technology, focusing on comfort, user-friendliness, workplace safety, and ergonomics.

MedCap acquires and develops profitable, market-leading niche companies in the life science industry in Northern Europe with the potential for international growth. The group operates in three business areas: MedTech, Assistive Tech, and Specialty Pharma. Going forward, Danrehab will be part of Assistive Tech, and through its partnership, will accelerate its growth and geographic expansion.
