We have advised Abry-backed Confirma Software on the acquisition of Finnish developer of residential real-estate management solutions, Tietoaika Oy.
Confirma Software was founded by Abry Partners, a US-based private equity with deep sector knowledge in business and information services, in May 2019. Confirma Software has a strategy to continue to grow in the Nordic market through the acquisition of Nordic enterprise software companies with established market positions, serving the Nordic SME market or the public sector.
Confirma now acquired Tietoaika Oy, a leading developer of residential real-estate management solutions. The company was established in 1987 and has more than 250 customers. The Domus ERP solution is among other things an invoicing and accounting system, while the Huoneistotieto.fi solution is an information platform for owners, residents and board members in building societies.
The Clearwater Finland team has been advising Confirma Software and Abry Partners since Confirma’s first acquisition and acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Abry Partners also in the acquisition of Tietoaika Oy.
