We advised Alma Media on the sale of Mascus business line to Mascus International B.V., an investment vehicle founded by Vortex Capital Partners and Mascus Benelux license partner.
Mascus is the world’s largest online marketplace for heavy machinery and equipment operating in 42 countries. The purchase price was €11m and Mascus revenues were €5.1m in 2012.
