We have advised Eploy, a specialist talent acquisition platform, on its sale to The Access Group, a UK-headquartered business management software provider, serving more than 160,000 small and mid-sized organisations across Europe, USA, and APAC. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. 

Founded in 1998, Eploy’s talent acquisition software supports recruitment processes, candidate management and hiring workflows for organisations across diverse industry sectors. Eploy has built a strong customer base spanning mid-market to enterprise organisations, with an average customer size of 2,900 employees. 

Eploy’s cloud-based recruitment platform is targeted to in-house recruitment teams. Eploy combines Applicant Tracking, Recruitment CRM, Talent Pool Engagement, and Onboarding and Analytics into a unified web-based platform that integrates with its customer’s career site to support an excellent experience for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.

Eploy will be part of Access’ People solutions portfolio and create opportunities for The Access Group to deliver enhanced hire-to-retire solutions, including reinforcing its commitment to providing quality people management solutions and supporting growth.
