We have advised the shareholders of Dev4Side Software and Intranet.ai (Dev4Side Group) on its sale to Lucient Group, a portfolio company of Quadrivio.
Founded in 2011, Dev4Side Group is a leading technology firm specialising in the development of proprietary artificial intelligence solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The group combines the typical skills of a systems integrator with the proprietary assets of a software house and established expertise in AI and agent-based AI.
The transaction enables Lucient Group to achieve a turnover of approximately €40m, with double-digit margins. The acquisition also accelerates the development strategy aimed at creating, over the next three years, a leading hub for digital services and artificial intelligence solutions, to exceed €100m in turnover.
The founders of Dev4Side Group have chosen to join Lucient Group’s business strategy, reinvesting in the platform’s capital alongside the current shareholders whilst retaining their respective managerial roles. This decision guarantees management continuity and ensures interests are fully aligned during the group’s new phase of growth.
