As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our advisory offering with the appointment of Narcís Francás, who will lead the development of our debt advisory capability across Spain.
Narcís brings more than 30 years of experience in banking and financial services. During his career, he has worked with corporates, technology companies and private equity funds, supporting them through their growth journeys. At HSBC, he held senior roles in HSBC Corporate in Barcelona and HSBC Innovation Banking in Spain, gaining extensive experience across financing structures and client advisory.
As the first senior hire fully dedicated to debt advisory in Spain, Narcís will lead the development of this service line in the region. He will advise on acquisition financing, recapitalisations and refinancings, support LBO transactions, and deliver tailored financing solutions for corporates and investors.
His appointment comes at a time when clients increasingly require broader support on financing strategy and capital structure. The launch of debt advisory strengthens our ability to provide comprehensive advice alongside our established M&A offering.
