We have advised the Nordic leading flanges and fittings sourcing partner, INDURA A/S (INDURA), on its sale to private equity investor, Jysk-Fynsk Kapital Holding A/S (Jysk-Fynsk Kapital).

INDURA is the leading Nordic sourcing partner specialising in flanges and fittings for the assembling of pipe systems, serving a broad customer base across Europe with particular strength in the Nordic and DACH regions with its extensive product program of more than 9,000 items.

Founded in 1988, INDURA is headquartered in Vildbjerg, Denmark and, since 2011, has been owned by Erik Lohmann. INDURA is known for its sourcing and logistical excellence in a product category that is highly complex due to a wide range of standards and special requirements.

Jysk-Fynsk Kapital invests in Danish industrial growth businesses and this new partnership with INDURA alongside the experienced private equity team will fuel INDURA’s growth and expansion while securing a successful generational change with the onboarding of a new CEO.

INDURA Ilhami Erik Henrik

It has been pivotal to me that INDURA can continue and strengthen through a long-term ownership with experienced and skilled employees, who share the good values characterising INDURA. At the same time, it has been essential to me to secure the employees’ future and jobs, as there would have been no successful company without them. In the new partnership, I can devote myself to my work on the board and, in that way, contribute to the strongest foundation for future generational change and development.

Erik Lohmann, Co-owner, INDURA

INDURA is characterised by being a particularly strong value-added sourcing partner, providing a very special service surrounding the core product itself, among other competencies supported by a deep knowledge of certificates and the global value chains that take up a great deal of the agenda in the industry. The partnership with JFK is a super strong match in terms of both industry experience, skills and values, which can now further equip INDURA as part of a successful generational change.
