We have advised RSM Lining Supplies (RSM), a specialised global provider of products, equipment, and training support for trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, on its sale to Azuria® Water Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled water solutions.
Founded in 2003 by Richard Davis, RSM is one of the world’s largest suppliers of cured-in-place pipe materials and equipment, distributing globally. The company operates from its headquarters in the UK and from offices in Australia.
RSM offers wastewater and pressure pipe solutions, ranging from 50-2,000mm in diameter, with multiple curing methods available. Their products include a variety of technologies, including point repair, drag-in and inversion lining, and ambient, hot, steam, UV and UV LED cure lining. Customers will continue to have seamless access to the company’s experienced teams, expertise, and product solutions through its established locations in the UK and Australia.
Azuria® Water Solutions welcomes RSM, its first European acquisition since rebranding from Aegion to Azuria in 2024.

Our team ran a focused process centred on small number of clearly identified strategic trade buyers.
