We have advised Artur’in, a French AI platform dedicated to enhancing the digital presence of SMEs, on its sale to Solocal, a leading player in digital marketing in France.

Founded in 2016, Artur’in has developed a turnkey platform enabling SMEs and multi-location businesses to transition from static digital presence to dynamic, automated and scalable communication, leveraging generative AI. The company serves approximately 3,000 clients and generated c. €8m of revenue in 2025, positioning itself as an innovative player across several high-potential verticals, including real estate, legal, insurance, and accounting.

This transaction will enable Solocal to enhance its digital presence offering, notably through the integration of advanced AI-powered community management capabilities within its Connect platform. It also supports Solocal’s strategic roadmap to evolve towards more automated, data-driven and AI-based solutions.

By joining Solocal, Artur’in will benefit from increased scale and distribution capabilities, allowing it to deploy its technology across a broader client base and accelerate its development.

This acquisition allows Solocal to strengthen its leadership by providing SMEs with native AI solutions. Once completed, the acquisition of Artur’in will enrich our offering to our existing clients with enhanced capabilities to increase their online presence in an efficient and high-performing way. This transaction enables us to achieve three fundamental objectives: (i) strengthen our Client First approach, (ii) accelerate the adoption of AI across Solocal, and (iii) benefit from top-tier talent.

Maurice Lévy, Chairman, Solocal

Since our creation in 2016, we have believed that AI could fundamentally transform how SMEs manage their local digital presence. Joining Solocal represents a key milestone, allowing us to deploy our technology and expertise at a much larger scale, benefiting a greater number of SMEs. We share a common ambition for innovation and performance, and we are convinced this partnership will create significant value for our clients.
