Clearwater has advised the owners of Green Box A/S, a Danish manufacturer and leading producer of sustainable prefabricated bathroom pods, on the majority sale to a Danish family-owned private equity company.
Founded by Mogens Jeppesen in 2014, Green Box has experienced rapid growth and successfully built a position as the leading producer of lightweight bathroom pods for the construction market. The company has successfully leveraged the megatrends of sustainability and pre-fabrication in the construction industry. Sustainability is deeply entrenched in the DNA of Green Box and the company recently launched a built-in water system allowing end-users to reduce total household water consumption significantly.
The new partnership enables Green Box to continue investing in product development, production expansion, and further digitalisation of the business.
