Prior to this, I spent six years in Consumer M&A at Houlihan Lokey and GCA Altium, and close to two years in Chemicals M&A at The Valence Group (now part of Piper Sandler). I have advised on a broad range of transactions – including M&A, capital raises, and IPOs – for owner-managed businesses, private equity, and corporate clients, with transaction values ranging from c.£50m to £850m.
