As the Head of our Corporate Debt Advisory activities in the DACH region, I am responsible for advising medium-sized companies on all corporate finance issues. We are proud that leading international companies such as Trumpf, ZEISS, Symrise, Wieland, Infraserv, and enercity, as well as many others, have trusted us for many years and repeatedly relied on our experience and added value expertise. Furthermore, as Co-Head of Energy & Utilities, I have been advising companies from the energy industry on all aspects of M&A and financing issues for many years.

In 2000, I co-founded the corporate finance consultancy, @VISORY partners, which merged with Clearwater in early 2016. Previously, I worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Rothschild. 

I have an eye for design and detail, and I am an enthusiastic fan of lawn sports, whether it’s supporting Mainz05 or actively on the golf course.
