Over the course of his 25-year career in corporate finance and M&A, including nearly 20 years at Lincoln International, Arnaud has built recognised expertise in complex, often cross-border transactions, including spin-offs, carve-outs for major international groups, and LBOs alongside entrepreneurs and private equity funds.

Arnaud has developed deep knowledge across the Building industry at a European scale, spanning building materials and equipment through to specialist services including security and  fire safety, renovation and energy efficency, mission-critical services and building maintenance. This detailed sector focus also extends across B2B services, covering industrial services, professional distribution and business consulting. 

He has led numerous mid-market LBO transactions, including the exit of Sparring Capital in the recent sale of NovaKamp to an investor consortium led by Siparex, as well as the capital reorganisation of Alpha Group with the entry of Raise Invest as lead shareholder. He is also deeply committed to supporting entrepreneurs and family businesses in strategic transactions, as demonstrated by the acquisition of the family-owned Transflex group by Descours & Cabaud.
