We have advised Baird-Capital backed Newmarket Strategy (Newmarket), an independent life sciences consultancy and market access specialist, on its refinancing.
Founded in 2021, Newmarket helps clients identify and evaluate market opportunities, navigate reimbursement pathways with national and local payors, and accelerate the adoption of healthcare innovations. Its client base spans global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, med-tech, diagnostics and digital health businesses, as well as private equity and healthcare services providers.
The refinancing provides additional capital to support Newmarket's continued growth strategy, including future acquisition opportunities. Our Modelling & Data Analytics team also provided support throughout this process.
Additionally, this transaction follows our earlier M&A advisory role in January 2025, when we advised Baird Capital on its investment in Newmarket, demonstrating our continued support throughout the company's growth journey.
