We have advised AB Services, a leading supplier of tailor-made B2C energy solutions to the French residential market, on its fundraising package from Rhône-Alpes PME. This fundraising package will finance its operational expansion.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Villeurbanne, AB Services is a leading player in the supply of tailor-made B2C energy solutions, based on photovoltaic and aerovoltaic equipment, which enables to produce or save energy. These solutions are fully dedicated to the French residential market. AB Services offers full tailor-made services to its clients, intervening throughout the entire value chain during a project as a “prime contractor” from advice, technical expertise, selection of equipment, management of administrative processes and technical procedures, financial engineering, selection and supervision of the installation, customer satisfaction, to after-sales services. The company generated €14.8m in sales in 2017.
Upon completion of the transaction, Rhône-Alpes PME owns a minority stake in AB Services, alongside the management team.
