We have advised the owners of Tivoli Friheden amusement park on its sale to a local investor consortium.

Tivoli Friheden is an amusement park in Aarhus, located close to Marselisborg Forest. Founded in 1904, it is one of the city’s landmarks. In recent years, the concert series Fed Fredag (“Cool Friday”) has gained popularity, making the park an even more integral part of Aarhus' identity and cultural life.

Since 2000, Tivoli Friheden has been owned by a group of local businesspeople, who are now passing the baton to a new team of enthusiasts from the Aarhus business community, all of whom share a deep love for the historic park.

The new owners will now be responsible for leading Tivoli Friheden into the future. The park’s current management and employees will remain unchanged, with CEO Henrik Ragborg Olesen continuing at the helm.
