The company provides everything from concept development, equipment, and engineering to the installation of complex process plants. The group serves a broad portfolio of reputable corporate customers, particularly in the food production sectors, and is recognised for its deep technical expertise, solution-oriented approach, and long-standing customer relationships.
This transaction will enable J-Tec to accelerate its growth in the Nordic region and internationally, and will further strengthen the group's position in advanced process solutions. As part of J-Tec, Process Integration will gain access to a larger international platform and more resources to carry out larger and more complex turnkey projects for the benefit of both existing and new customers across Europe and the US.
