Delika Food Group A/S (DK) acquires the family owned meat processing company Eberhart A/S (DK) as of 1st of June 2014.

Eberhart specialises in the production of boiled and smoked products of high quality, such as ham, bacon and smoked saddle of pork. The business covers production from fresh raw materials to finalised products ready for sale in retail shops.

Delika Food Group is a Danish processer of a wide range of meat products for the retail and food service segments, with revenue of more than €60m and 175 employees.

Delika Food group has completed a number of acquisitions over the last years, and are looking to grow even further organically and through further acquisitions.

We are happy to have found the right buyer, who wishes to build further on Eberhart and its strong market position within smoked products, and to create additional workplaces in Engesvang
