We have advised WAREMA Renkhoff SE (Warema Group), a leading manufacturer of sun shading products, through its investment holding company Novaco Invest GmbH (Novaco), on the acquisition of Tarasola Sp. z o.o. (Tarasola), a Polish specialist in high-quality pergolas and louvered roof systems for sun and weather protection applications.
Tarasola is a well-established provider of premium outdoor living solutions, specialising in pergolas and louvered roofs. Headquartered in Lublin, Eastern Poland, the company offers a broad product portfolio and has successfully delivered approximately 15,000 projects to date. With around 200 employees and revenues of approximately €30m in the financial year 2025, Tarasola serves key markets including Poland, Germany, and the UK. The company holds a leading position in the Polish market.
The Warema Group is a leading provider of sun shading, living space design, and plastics and engineering solutions. Founded in 1955, the family-owned group employs around 5,000 people worldwide and manages a diversified portfolio of brands, including Warema, Caravita, Clip&Shade, and Anwis. Novaco Invest GmbH acts as the Group’s investment platform for acquisitions outside its core business, focusing on the long-term development of independently operating companies while preserving their brand identity and management continuity.
The acquisition of Tarasola expands the Warema Group’s brand portfolio in the sun and weather protection segment and strengthens its international footprint. Tarasola complements the existing Warema portfolio by addressing additional market segments and price points.
The company’s strong position in Poland, along with its presence in other European markets, supports the Warema Group’s broader internationalisation strategy. Tarasola will continue to operate as an independent company within the Group, with no operational integration or consolidation of market appearances envisaged.
The closing of the transaction remains subject to approval by the competent antitrust authorities.
