Clearwater has advised the shareholders of Warpcom Services (Warpcom), a leading technology integrator on the sale of 100% of the business to Evolutio Cloud Enabler (Evolutio), a key specialist in cloud services.
Warpcom is a leading system integrator operating in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Portugal. Warpcom’s business model comprises the sale of products and consulting services across different business lines, including networking and infrastructure, collaboration and customer experience, data centre and multi-cloud, and cybersecurity and public safety. The company operates across Portugal and Spain.
Evolutio is a leading provider of telecom and ICT solutions for the corporate market, with an integrated portfolio of connectivity and ICT solutions that arises from the assets of BT Group in Spain. It provides networking services to around 600 major enterprises, including most of the IBEX-35 index companies. Evolutio has been backed by the Spanish private equity fund Portobello Capital since 2020.
With this acquisition Evolutio gains a leadership position in the IT system integration market in Portugal.
