Clearwater has advised the works council of Total Specific Solutions (TSS), the largest vertical market software for business in the Netherlands, on its sale to quoted Canadian software company, Constellation Software Inc.
With a focus on a particular expertise or specific market sector, TSS’s software makes a fundamental difference to healthcare organisations, governments, and financial institutions, by helping them realise their ambitions. The companies that make up TSS are Everest, Blueriq, KZA, PharmaPartners, PinkRoccade Local Government, PinkRoccade Healthcare, and Yonder. In 2012, the group generated a turnover of €174m.
Constellation Software Inc. has over $1.5bn in turnover, while acquiring, managing, and building vertical market software for businesses, that provide mission-critical software solutions.
