Clearwater has advised the shareholders of Groupe Clinique Alpes-Belledonne on its sale to C2S, an investment of Eurazeo Patrimoine.
Founded in 1967, the Clinique Alpes-Belledonne is a MSO (Medicine, Surgery, Obstetric) facility located in Saint-Martin-d'Hères in the East of Grenoble, resulting from the merger of Clinique des Alpes and Clinique Belledonne in September 2016. The clinic regularly ranks among the best MSO establishments in France.
The establishment has a capacity of 290 beds and relies on more than 150 practitioners. In 2018, the clinic achieved a total turnover of c. €50m with more than 35,000 stays.
With this transaction, the C2S Group continues its growth activity in the Rhône-Alpes region and will allow the Clinique Alpes-Belledonne to continue its development in the Grenoble region.
