City of Wiesbaden, through its investment holding company WVV Wiesbaden Holding GmbH, has placed a senior credit facility with a volume of €20m with R+V Lebensversicherung AG. The facility has a duration of 20 years and a coupon of 4.25%. The facility was offered to R+V Lebensversicherung AG by way of a private placement.
