Clearwater has advised, Swim & Fun, a distributor of pools, water care, and pool accessories, on its sale to multinational group Fluidra.

Swim & Fun was established in 2006 and has since grown to become a market leading distributor of pools, water care, and pool accessories in the Nordic region with a large share of own branded products. With innovative, safe, fun, and attractively priced products, the company creates the perfect conditions for physical activities, relaxation, and quality time for the family.

Listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange, Fluidra is a global market leader in pool and wellness equipment and connected solutions. Founded in 1969, Fluidra has long-standing experience in the development of innovative products and services in the global residential and commercial pool market.
