Clearwater advises Sibbing on its sale to Ecclesia Group
Clearwater has advised Sibbing, a financial services provider to healthcare professionals, on its sale to the international insurance broker, Ecclesia Group.
Sibbing is a leading and reputable adviser in the Netherlands, offering insurance and financial services to healthcare professionals. Services by the company are characterised by long-term customer relationships throughout the customers’ careers. While healthcare professionals can concentrate on their core tasks, Sibbing ensures smooth and compliant operations in the background.
Ecclesia Group is a German-based, internationally operating insurance broker, with offices in eight European countries and over 1,600 employees.
With this transaction, Sibbing has become part of the Netherlands-based Ecclesia Nederland, a group which includes Concordia de Keizer, EBC Nederland, Veerhaven Assuradeuren, Gebr. Sluyter, and Finance & Insurance. Ecclesia is the German market leader in healthcare advisory, which will be strengthened with the acquisition of Sibbing.
