Clearwater has advised M2C Consulting & Procedures, S.L. (M2C), a provider of IT consulting, development and integration of IT solutions and business process outsourcing on its sale to Ayesa, a Spanish multinational specialist in engineering, technology and consulting.

Founded in 2004 in Madrid and led by Germán García and Javier de Miguel Vila, M2C specialise in data services, process automation, and systems administration with a unique positioning in the insurance sector.

Ayesa, founded in 1966, is a Spanish provider of technology and engineering services that is in an expansion process with which it aims to double the size of its turnover in the next two years.

This transaction aims to give M2C the size to continue to accompany its customers with more specialised and sophisticated services with an international outlook, and help the business grow in banking, telecommunications, and insurance, while continuing its expansion plan.
