We have advised Korona Invest on its sale of Sähkötaso Esitystekniikka, Finland’s leading provider of audiovisual systems for public buildings, meeting rooms and classrooms, auditoriums, shopping centers, and arenas, to Caverion Oyj, a large cap building and industrial services company with sales of €2.4bn.
With this transaction, Caverion will be able to serve clients with top expertise and technology in the audiovisual field, both in Finland and other operating countries.
We have cooperated with Clearwater in several exit processes. The Sähkötaso project was managed in an exemplary fashion and we will use Clearwater’s services also in the future.
