Clearwater has advised Holy Greens, a salad bar chain on its sale to Equity Capital.

Holy Greens opened its first restaurant in 2013 and is today the leading salad bar chain in Sweden. By focusing on high quality ingredients and well-presented salads, Holy Greens has created a concept that customers appreciate. The company has eleven restaurants in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Helsingborg.

The company’s present owner will continue with substantial ownership and operate the business together with Equip Capital.
