We have advised Greene Finland Oy, an electricity purchasing pool serving 2,600 Finnish and Swedish SMEs from various industries, on its saleto Veni Energia Oy, a leading electricity purchasing pool in the Nordic countries. Greene is the Finnish market leader in providing energy sourcing solutions with over 500 GWh portfolio. The company’s revenue is approximately €3m and it employs a staff of 31 employees.
Veni Energia is part of the Nordic Veni Energy Group, which procures more than 8TWh of electricity for more than 40,000 corporate customers in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Greene will join the Veni Finland unit, which in the future will provide energy procurement services to companies and the public sector with the help of 80 people.
