We have advised the founders of GLOWiD, a curated retailer of niche Korean beauty brands, on the minority sale to NEA Partners, a Swedish investment firm.

GLOWiD is the leading Nordic online retailer and distributor of Korean beauty brands, primarily within skincare. Since its inception in 2017, the company has built a portfolio of affordable, high-quality products with a strong focus on innovation and functionality. The products are offered both via the company’s own website and through carefully selected retailers. The company has established a strong community of satisfied customers who consistently return.

During a process led by Clearwater in the spring of 2024, the founders chose to enter a partnership with NEA Partners, which acquired a minority stake in the company. NEA Partners, along with the founders, who remain majority owners after the transaction, will continue to drive the company's growth by expanding its product portfolio and geographic reach.
