Clearwater has advised Global Partner, a leading IT company that develop unique business models in the outsourcing of technological functions on the acquisition of Thalie, a family-owned business with a specialism in IT.

Founded in 2002 and based in Paris and Bordeaux, Thalie specialises in IT assistance, IT network and infrastructure consulting, as well as IT security for small to medium-sized businesses. One year after its LBO, structured with LT Capital, Global Partner has accelerated its growth by taking over the family-owned company Thalie. With a dozen employees, Thalie wished to join a larger player to boost its development.

This acquisition will allow Thalie to complete and diversify its IT services offer, to reinforce its presence in the Ile-de-France region and to accelerate its development in other regions thanks to the establishment of Thalie in Bordeaux.

IT touch desk

We are delighted to welcome Thalie into our group to pursue our growth objectives and expand our IT services division, while establishing ourselves in Bordeaux. We were impressed by the high quality and experience of the Thalie team and are happy to allow it to continue its journey in a group with a dynamic, human and family DNA very close to the one set up by the Doussau de Bazignan family since Thalie’s inception. Other acquisitions are currently being studied in order to accelerate our development, which already benefits from an organic growth of more than two digits.

IT touch desk

We are delighted to be able to contribute to a first acquisition one year after the structuring of Global Partner’s LBO. This demonstrates the relevance of the Group's positioning and strategy as well as its ability to become a consolidation platform in its still fragmented market.
