We have advised Entegro, a market-leading telecom design and network deployment specialist, on its majority sale to KYNTUS Group, one of the French leaders in the telecommunications network infrastructure services sector.

Established in 2019, Entegro has grown to become a leading technical services provider in the telecommunications sector, supported by a highly skilled workforce of over 300 employees with operations in Ireland, the UK, and the US. Entegro is renowned for the design, installation and maintenance of fibre optical networks for building network capacity and enabling a digital society. The management team of Entegro are continuing on to drive growth. The company has ambitious plans to build upon its strong position in the UK, Ireland and the US in addition to exploring new geographies.

KYNTUS Group, headquartered in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France, specialises in the deployment and maintenance of fixed telecommunications networks. KYNTUS Group has continued to grow and expand as part of its international strategy, providing fibre deployment, network connections, and after-sale services to end-customers across France and Germany. KYNTUS currently employs close to 1,000 employees across its territories. With this acquisition, the KYNTUS Group achieves a new milestone in its international development focused on diversification, increased capabilities, and capacities into new and adjacent markets.

The combined group has a strong pipeline and plan to leverage its combined resources, offering full turnkey solutions throughout Europe, the UK, and the US. The group are also targeting to expand further into the power and renewables sectors using their design engineering expertise.
