elm handling

Having advised the former owners of ELM on their sale to Olav and Niels Anker 15 years ago, I recognised their dedication as managers and owners. I was therefore very happy, when they approached me to discuss their potential sale of ELM, and it has been an honour and a great pleasure to be engaged as M&A-adviser executing the sales process of ELM. ELM is a prime example of a company with long heritage, manufacturing niche products securing efficiency, and safety for its loyal customers. We feel certain that Sdiptech is a great match for ELM allowing them to exploit their growth possibilities even further.
