We have advised Autoklinikka, Finland’s largest independent auto body repair and paint services group, on its sale to funds managed by the Swedish private equity investor Procuritas Partners. As a result of the transaction, Autoklinikka will be combined with the Swedish Werksta chain which was formed by Procuritas in 2015.
The target of the new Finnish-Swedish group is to become the leading auto body repair chain in the Nordic region.
