Clearwater has advised Agreat, a rapidly-growing IT consulting company specialising in secure and high-quality software development, on its sale to Broviken, an investment company focusing on the services sector.

Agreat offers senior and highly qualified software developers with expertise in various technology stacks, in addition to services in agile leadership and product compliance. These services are provided through team-based deliveries with multi-functional teams and individual experts.

Established in 2017, the company has experienced rapid and profitable growth. With headquarters in Gothenburg and an additional office in Stockholm, Agreat employs around 120 specialists, serving clients primarily in the automotive, healthcare, life science, industrial, and technology sectors.

Broviken’s investment is made jointly with the company’s previous owners, management, and key personnel.
